As a Sound Healer: I also provide a softer more nurturing space of healing sounds and guided breathing to completely down-regulate your nervous system.

 

Your whole system will relax, creating a sense of internal calmness and sense of peace and safety. You are immersed in the delicate soundscape of a variety of sound healing instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, gongs, voice, angelic songs and mantra and more.

What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full body listening experience that creates a meditative space and invokes deep healing and relaxation.

 

During a sound bath, participants listen to soothing sounds and healing vibrations from instruments like tuning forks, singing bowls, chimes, gongs, the human voice and more, creating mesmerising soundscapes in a collective group space intended to enhance wellbeing in the body, mind and spirit.

How Does Sound Bath Meditation Work?

During a sound bath, powerful and intentional sounds and frequencies are created with various instruments and voice to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. As spontaneous and rhythmic sounds wash over the body, they trigger the release of a biochemical response in the body that may bring about a sense of relaxation, balance, rejuvenation and deep well-being.

How to Prepare for a Healing Sound Bath

Dress comfortably, arrive early, and settle into your space with familiar items like a water bottle, blanket, yoga mat or cushion. To enhance your experience, set an intention - as your mind plays an important role in assisting you to feel the benefits of the powerful sound immersion.
