To collaborate with as many organisations/clinics as possible and work with clients to bring awareness to - and shift gears from the ‘Lower Mind Construct’ (Control/compliance/ fear and shame based mentality) as a primary way of being - to the ‘Higher Mind Construct’ (Collaboration/ curiosity/ compassion or witness based mindset) as a PRIMARY NAVIGATOR in life. To use the engine of their higher mindset to drive proactive and positive solutions through better coping strategies.

Brainstorming

Regular struggles I encounter in people experiencing the Lower Mind on a daily basis:

Emotional overwhelm, addiction, anxiety, confusion in how to get out of their life rut, procrastination, fear - resulting in avoidance of difficult situations and feelings - by using substances or choosing maladaptive habits and behaviours, feeling stuck, but also relapsing into old stuck habits and behaviours.

 

Relapsing into old habits and behaviours is particularly interesting to me - and a challenging one to resolve. I believe THM model addresses not only the initial issues of the inner emotional and mental struggles people are dealing with consistently - but also tackles the idea of leaving ‘relapsing’ behind - with old habits and mindsets becoming a thing of the past when practicing the concepts of this model.

  • 1:1 Therapy Sessions.
     

  • Small groups or larger groups with either Higher Mind/Awareness Classes - geared towards exploring maladaptive coping mechanisms associated with addictions, dysfunctional behaviours and habits that bring about more stress - through psychodrama, interactive workshops and presentations and moving awareness towards more proactive solutions through a different mindset.
     

  • Breath Work Methods for Mental Health, emotional regulation and improving daily breath habits.
     

  • Explorations into the subconscious mind with longer 9D Breath Work Journeys.

  • Relaxing, Healing Sound Baths designed to allow the nervous system to completely down-regulate for an experience of deep relaxation, meditation and rejuvenation.
     

  • When working with clients, I provide a space of complete safety, non-judgment and nurture.
     

  • This allows the people I work with to feel safe to become truly vulnerable to experience deeper insights, true healing and lasting positive change, which comes from working with the mind, body and nervous system.

It gives anyone I work with, complete permission to be truly themselves, and experience higher versions of themselves - to discover their true place of power, in THEIR authenticity. And it’s so different for everyone!

  • To challenge any beliefs that hold people back from exploring new opportunities and ideas that will lead them to better choices in their health and wellbeing by introducing new ideas about thinking and feeling beyond the lower mindset construct.
     

  • To explore the lower and higher mind construct within the subconscious mind - and unpack how human consciousness (especially the addictive mindset) works via MOHC (Map of Human Consciousness).
     

  • To explore the dominant frequency or personality type/temperaments and where that sits on the MOHC (Controller/Complier/Collaborator).

  • To show how ins and outs of the lower mind emotions can play a part in sabotaging the deeper experience of self love and true harmony and connection with SELF and connection to a more purposeful life, and how lower emotions can keep one looping in addictive habits.
     

  • Show and demonstrate methods, meditations, resourcing and techniques to help people understand the principles, protocols and practices of the THM model more deeply - and to learn how to move away from lower mind as a primary navigator of life (using the protocols and practices) if they so choose.

  • Create more AWARENESS - to know, and to notice your internal experience in every situation, and hold dual awareness in every experience - and see any and every experience through some sort of positive lens.

  • To become the most AUTHENTIC version of SELF. That is having your thoughts. words and actions align with your deepest core values.
     

  • To use breath work and sound healing as further methodologies for physiological down-regulation which greatly affects mindset/thoughts NS and body in a positive way.

The Principles, Protocols and Practices of the THM Model

Giving general context to the 3 P’s of the model - by embodying the 5 principles using the protocols and practices - the main aim is to bring awareness that we are more than our lower mind construct - meaning we are more than our emotions, beliefs and past maladaptive programs (and addictions).


And that moving towards the Higher Mind construct as a primary way of being results in the more innate version of ourselves as humans on this planet - that being one of compassionate, forgiving, collaborative, tolerant and connected to self, others and community, with a deep intent to help others (as well as self) into their best versions.

The Main AIM/FOCUS of Teaching the THM Model:

This Model can be adapted for any organisation’s needs - but, my passion is working in Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Clinics.

Working with Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Clinics

Being a trauma informed practitioner - I am passionate about working in the addiction industry - with the solid intention of reducing the relapse rate significantly and improving the quality of sobriety for clients in rehabilitation.

By helping clients understand that past trauma triggers are very closely linked with addiction triggers - this effectively assists them understand why relapses can so easily happen - an how they can solidly build more proactive and positive behaviours to cope with trauma memory.

 

After working for 5 years successfully with trauma and crisis clients privately, I was offered an opportunity to share my work in addiction clinics. For the past 8 months I have worked with 2 rehab clinics in Geelong and Melbourne building this model with the clients there - as a group facilitator and as a therapist 1:1 with clients - with great feedback.

I felt so inspired but the changes in my life, I decided to show other people firstly, that it CAN be done, HOW it can be done and secondly that the deep meaningful and positive change they experience CAN LAST as a primary way of being. I now have been recently working in Drug and alcohol detox clinics which has really honed my skill in assisting people in deep need of a way out of their destructive and addictive mindsets.

 

This has been exciting work for me!

Disengaging the unhelpful safety mechanisms of the EGO mind (or the overthinking and addictive monkey mind, which most find difficult to escape from!) which keep people stuck in outdated negative mind loops resulting in things like addictions, fractured relationships, money worries or consistent avoidance - can prove challenging for most people.

Working with me - allows people to become more educated in effective ways to explore the realms of the subconscious mind easily, where true healing, re-programming, transmutation and positive transformation occurs.

 

So essentially I am bringing awareness to people about how to live primarily from the ‘Higher Mind’ construct (a calm, compassionate and collaborative mindset) always - in ALL ways which leads to the infinite possibilities that life has to offer - rather than the lower more commonly
experienced mindset (which seems to have become the new normal nowadays) of judgment, control, overwhelm and stress, fear or shame-based emotions, which leads to all manner of maladaptive behaviours and general unwell-ness.

I have many effective healing modalities under my belt to help people shift from high trauma, crisis, and destructive thought patterns, behaviours and mindsets-
such as anxiety, depression, anger, fear, or shame (which can lead to many daily habits - such as addiction, consistent avoidance, procrastination, over busy-ness) to more positive and proactive beliefs and mindsets, such as self love, worthiness, abundance, and connectedness - which lead to
feelings of deep authenticity in their daily lives, creating awesome life experiences and improved life situations.

With these classes, I can now identify my emotions, I know where I am at mentally on the scale of human consciousness and I feel calmer. What Jenn taught helped me learn that in my addiction I was in fight/flight mode constantly.

These classes helped me identify feelings I couldn’t put into words before. They helped me discover how important dual awareness is in recovery, helped me to understand the lower mindset and the addictive mindset and how that plays out in me. They have helped me learn how to reflect on past experiences and how powerful feelings, emotions and mindfulness can be.

I discovered that I use numbing and protection in the lower mind to prevent me from experiencing my higher mindset. It has shown me how to sit comfortably with thoughts - good and bad.

The information was explained in a way that I could process and understand. I really love the classes and feel like anyone in the community, including staff would benefit from these classes.

9D breath work has immensely helped me a lot to vent the bad vibes in my life - and helped more focus come to the good things I can now experience inside of me now. The Sound healing, helped me to focus and concentrate.

I feel like I have never felt before - it was a real trip. It has calmed me down so much, especially the Sound Bath and the breathing. Plus I learned a lot from the higher mind class. Thanks for the experiences so far!

As someone who suffers PTSD, it calms my racing thoughts. And It connects me to the community more.
