The Power of Breath
Breath plays a big part in regulation of the body and calming of the mind to help with building mental and emotional resilience.
The breath is not only the most effective way to help stabilise a dysregulated nervous system, which can result in many unhealthy emotional states such as anxiety, depression, over busy mind or overwhelm - but it is also the quickest and most effective way to mobilise suppressed trauma and energy, leaving more space for inner happiness, ease and authentic heart connection.
Why is Breath So Powerful?
The breath is the only part of the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) that is both automatic and also in our control. And when used effectively, affects every part of your body and mind in a positive way. It is the biggest natural influencer of our ANS and therefore our mindset.
Our nervous system (NS) states play a huge part in how we experience life - and the regulation of our NS is imperative for emotional regulation, resulting in many benefits for our body mind and energy.
When it comes to a balanced happy mindset and a healthy body to match. The Brain follows the Body which follows the breath - the 3 BBBs concept.

I cannot stress enough how important it is to understand that how we breathe affects how we think!

day, most of the time we over-breathe.
